Swiss FADP Article 47: Additional occupation
1 The Commissioner may not have any additional occupations.
2 The Judicial Committee may permit the Commissioner to carry out an additional occupation provided this does not adversely affect the exercise of his or her duties or the independence and the reputation of the FDPIC. The decision shall be published.
